Daugavpils Driving Chain plant was founded in 1947 in Latvia and represents large enterprise with old historical traditions in driving chains manufacturing around Europe and Asia.

    Now the old plant named as Ditton Driving Chain Factory is a Jont-Stock Company specializes in wide range of roller-, bush-, leaf chains and many others. It has it's subsidiary production unit named as Meteor Kettenfabrik GmbH located in Germany.

    Ditton Driving Chain Factory manufactures driving chains with pitch from 9.525 to 31.75 according to the standards ISO, ASA, GOST (standards of Europe, USA, Russia) and also in accordance to our internal standards in compliance with our customer requirements. The manufactured chains aimed to be in use in automobiles industy, power supply units, conveyors, packaging equipment, forklifts, agriculture facilities, in different auto systems, lifts and in other special machineries.

    Alogside with the core activity (driving chains manufacture) Joint-Stock Company offers the desinging and production of stamps and press-tool equipment and therewith the wide range of plastic products also. As a part of production structure there is the tool-making department equipped with special and multipurpose machinery.

    Ditton Joint-Stock Company works in compliance with international quality system management EN ISO 9001:2008 in following activities: desinging, manufacturing and marketing of engine, driving and conveyor roller-, bush-, leaf chains.

    There is a certified laboratory for driving chains testing.

    Ditton Joint-Stock Company follow the international quality system management ISO/TS 16949:2009 in next activities: engine chains desing and manufacturing.

    There is a certified laboratory for the outthrowed polutions control and production environment control in compliance with LVS EN ISO/IES 17025:2005. The environment management system control goes along with standard EU (96/61 EU).
